Shipping and returns

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders placed within the state of Oklahoma will be charged the appropriate sales tax as required by law.

SHIPPING POLICY

In-stock items purchased on our website will ship out within five business days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS or FedEx. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you are estimating when your order will arrive, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

REFUND POLICY

In-stock items purchased on the website may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please call (405) 602-2555 in advance of your return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. All special orders and furniture sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We do not accept returns on sale items, clearance items or special orders. No exceptions.
